     getlsr - returns the linestyle repeat count

FUNCTION RETURN VALUE
     The returned value of this function is the repeat factor for the current
     linestyle.

DESCRIPTION
     getlsr returns the current linestyle repeat factor.  To set (or reset)
     the current linestyle repeat factor, call lsrepe.
