     void CDpreventremoval(CDPLAYER* cd)

PARAMETER
     cd   A pointer to the CDPLAYER structure representing the target CD-ROM
          drive.

DESCRIPTION
     CDpreventremoval(3) locks the eject button on the CD-ROM drive thus
     preventing the user from arbitrarily ejecting the caddy.
