     dmPMCreateFromByteStream - recreates a special effect from a byte stream


SYNOPSIS

     DMeffect* dmPMCreateFromByteStream
           ( DMplugmgr * manager,
             void * byteStream,
             size_t numBytes )


PARAMETERS
     manager      A pointer to a DMplugmgr, which was returned from
                  dmPMCreateManager.

     byteStream   The byte stream from which to create the DMeffect.

     numBytes     The size of the byte stream.


DESCRIPTION
     dmPMCreateFromByteStream is usually called after reading from a file.
     The application, who used dmPMConvertToByteStream to save away a DMeffect
     in a previous session, uses dmPMCreateFromByteStream to create the effect
     again.


RETURN VALUES
     dmPMCreateFromByteStream will return a pointer to a DMeffect if
     successful, or will return NULL if it fails.
