PARAMETERS
     inAttrib  Specifies the parameter value to be returned.

     outVec    Specifies where to store the return value.

DESCRIPTION
     glcGetfv lets you retrieve the current value of  the floating point
     vector variable GLC_BITMAP_MATRIX, which has an initial value of [1 0 0
     1].

ERRORS
     GLC_STATE_ERROR is generated if the issuing thread has no current GLC
     context.
