DESCRIPTION
     XmDragCancel terminates a drag operation and cancels any pending actions of
     the  specified DragContext.  This routine can only be called by the initia-
     tor client.


     dragcontext
            Specifies the ID of the DragContext widget associated with the  drag
            and drop transaction to be terminated
