NAME
DLAMCH - determine double precision machine parameters

SYNOPSIS
DOUBLE PRECISION FUNCTION DLAMCH( CMACH )

         CHARACTER CMACH

PURPOSE
DLAMCH determines double precision machine parameters.

ARGUMENTS
     CMACH (input) CHARACTER*1
