DESCRIPTION These functions deal with video pedestal, also known as setup. This operation is typically available only on composite NTSC channels. XSGIvcSetOutputPedestal enables and disables pedestal on a channel. The value may be True or False. XSGIvcQueryOutputPedestal returns the current settings for pedestal on a channel. The value may be True or False. EVENTS When this control is altered, the server generates a OutputPedestalNotify event.
