palette - display a palette of colors in the colormap

     palette - display a palette of colors in the colormap

SYNOPSIS
     palette

DESCRIPTION
     palette displays a range of colors in the colormap.  A new range of
     colors  may be selected by pointing with the mouse and clicking the left
     mouse button on two different color index pixels on the screen.
