NAME SCAbort - abort the current scan SYNOPSIS #include <stdio.h> #include <scanner.h> int SCAbort(SCANNER *s); DESCRIPTION SCAbort causes the current scan to stop immediately (or as soon as possible). Any data buffered by the scanner driver is discarded. RETURN VALUE SCAbort returns 0 if successful, or it returns -1 and sets SCerrno if an error occurs. It is an error to call SCAbort if a scan is not in progress. EXECUTION ERROR CODES SCAbort will fail under the following circumstances. SCEDEV Scanner driver error SCECOMM Error communicating with scanner driver SCENOTSCANNING Not currently scanning SEE ALSO libscan(3), SCOpen(3), SCScan(3).
