     DESCRIPTION
The function XSGIvcQueryVersion requests to the X server the
major and minor version number of the XSGIvc protocol
supported by the X server. If the XSGIvc library is
compatible with the version returned by the server, this
function returns True. If the X server does not support the
XSGIvc extension, or if there was an error during
communication with the server, or if the server and library
protocol versions are incompatible, this functions returns
False. No other XSGivc functions may be called before this
function. If a client violates this rule, the effects of
all subsequent XSGIvc calls that it makes are undefined.
