As shipped in IRIX 6.5.22. Added in IRIX 6.5.19.
NAME MPI_Op_create - Creates a user-defined combination function handle SYNOPSIS C: #include <mpi.h> int MPI_Op_create( function, commute, op ) MPI_User_function *function; int commute; MPI_Op *op; C++: #include <mpi.h> void Op::Init( User_function* function, bool commute) Fortran: INCLUDE "mpif.h" (or USE MPI) EXTERNAL function LOGICAL commute INTEGER op, ierror CALL MPI_OP_CREATE(function, commute, op, ierror) STANDARDS This release implements the MPI 1.2 standard, as documented by the MPI Forum in the spring 1997 release of MPI: A Message Passing Interface Standard. DESCRIPTION The MPI_Op_create routine creates a user-defined combination function handle. This routine accepts the following parameters: function Specifies the user defined function (function). commute Specifies whether the function is commutative. Value is true if commutative; false otherwise. op Returns an operation (handle). ierror Specifies the return code value for successful completion, which is in MPI_SUCCESS. MPI_SUCCESS is defined in the mpif.h file.
