DESCRIPTION
The MPI_Op_free routine frees a user-defined combination function handle.
This routine accepts the following parameter:

op Specifies the operation. On exit, op is set to MPI_OP_NULL.
          (handle)

     ierror
Specifies the return code value for successful completion, which is
in MPI_SUCCESS. MPI_SUCCESS is defined in the mpif.h file.
