          XmToggleButtonGetState - A ToggleButton function that
          obtains the state of a ToggleButton

               Widget    widget;

     DESCRIPTION
          XmToggleButtonGetState obtains the state of a ToggleButton.

          widget
               Specifies the ToggleButton widget ID

     RETURN VALUE
          Returns True if the button is selected and False if the
          button is unselected.
