VERSION
     This page documents the version of Sgm that accompanies Motif 1.2.

DESCRIPTION
     SgThumbWheelSetValue  sets the thumb wheel value within the ThumbWheel wid-
     get.  It is equivalent to setting XmNvalue  resource  through  XtSetValues,
     except  that  it  does not clear the window before redrawing, and therefore
     causes less visual "flicker".


     widget    Specifies the ThumbWheel widget ID.

     value     Specifies the wheel position.  This sets the XmNvalue resource.
